SHIPPING POLICY
Most UK orders will be sent via secure recorded courier (usually UPS). A signature is required upon receipt.
Price guide is as follows:
Up to 1kg - £6.95
1kg - 5kg - £10.95
Some smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail or Hermes.
We ship worldwide.

All orders are very carefully packaged. Utopia Cards cannot accept any responsibility for items once they have left our studio, or be held liable for any damage caused during transit.
RETURN POLICY
Please note that due to each product being handmade to order, we do not offer a refund on unwanted products.
In the unusual circumstance that any of the products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition due to our error,
we are more than happy to either exchange or refund those products affected.
